Zumba Charity Party "Help for Japan"

Instructor Yuko Warwick-Yamamoto  organized a Zumba Charity Party "Help for Japan"!!!
As we all may know, Japan is still suffering to recover after massive earthquake and tsunami. Money was raised for British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal with Zumba!!!

Saturday afternoon we had a 40mins Zumba class  with instructors Yuko, Deniz Taylor, Aysin Hunt, Lauren Rix, Kirk Jack & myself. This was followed by 15 mins ORIGAMI session & then 20mins finale Zumba include Zumbatomic(Zumba with kids).

It was a Great afternoon of fun family activity with a Big thanks to Katy Doucy, Westborough School for supporting our charity event!!! xx

Saturday 30th April, 2-5pm (doors open 1:45pm) Sandra hosted a Zumba Party raising money in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care, in honour of her dad, who passed away last October. Daffodil Pins (£1) were available to buy on the day & in class.
The event was held in Moberly Sports Centre, The Quadrant, Kilburn Lane, Kensal Rise, W10 4AH.
Ticket costs: Adults £3(raffle ticket included), Children £2(gift included).
It was a Great afternoon, had by all, first timers or those regular to a Zumba class.
There was Zumba classes for Children 2:30-3:15pm & Adults 3:30-4:15pm, plus Food, Drink & Socializing!!! 


Westbourne Forum celebrated its fourth International Day World Party on Saturday 9th April from 1 – 5pm at the Stowe Centre. There was food, music and dance from around the world from places as far away as South Africa and as near as Britain and Ireland. Sandra was on stage at 2:30pm, performing a few Zumba tracks, including a New track choreographed by her eldest daughter Nathania. In addition Westbourne Forum brought the Westminster Volunteer Centre , among other organisations who work with volunteers, to Westbourne to give local residents the chance to sign up for voluntary work which can be good experience, especially for anyone looking for work.   Westbourne Forum is also looking for people to help us transform the Stowe Foyer into a hub for the community.
