What is Zumba?
What is Zumba?
Zumba is a Latin inspired Dance exercise class created by 'Beto' Perez.
Zumba is a Fun way to get Fit as you do not realise that you are exercising.
It combines basic steps from various Latin and now International dances with aerobic moves. Put this together with up-beat music and you have created a party like atmosphere.
Zumba is for everyone, young and old, dancers and non-dancers alike!
